Set in motion!

So last night Talent and I were using FaceTime to chat with his GeeGee. While we were talking Talent decided to get brave ad take off walking! I about fell out of my chair! He's been taking 2 or 3 steps here and there but last night it was more like 7 or 8!!! He walked about 3 feet from the ottoman in his room to his exersaucer! I've been trying to get him to do it again but he won't. I figure this time next week he will have already done it again. He's ready to walk and he could if he wanted but he's a stubborn boy! Anyways that is the most recent excitement in our house! He will be walking so soon and I know life will really get wild then!

Long week.

Well this week has been a long week. Talent has been sick. We took him to the Urgent Med on Monday because he had been running a high fever and had diarrhea for two days. Turns out he has another ear infection in both ears. It has been a hard week. He has screamed and thrown fits. He has not been a very happy little boy. And I have been a very tired momma.

Yesterday I thought he might be starting to feel a little better but by the end of the day I changed my mind. Today he seems a lot better but it could change at the drop of a hat. Although he did greet me with a smile and a kiss this morning and he hasn't done that in three days. Here's hoping that's a good sign I his normal self returning. I miss my happy baby.
