No I'm not having twins! I've been asked this by several people the last few days and well, the next person to ask me that is getting a punch in the face. Seriously, people don't think before they speak and sometimes the words that come out are hurtful. I've been asked several times the last few days if I'm having twins. It's been a little hurtful to me. I feel enormous even though I'm not as big as what I probably could be. I know people that gained over 50 lbs when they were pregnanat and I've only gained around 20. It's frustrating to me. What makes people think that they can just say what they want to? I mean, us pregnant women, we wear our feelings & heart right out there on our sleeve. So I guess what I'm getting at is....if you don't know if it's twins or not and you think you can ask if it's twins.....smack yourself. Don't ever ask a pregnant woman how many babies she's carrying. Simply ask if it 's a boy or girl. If that woman answers "boy" take that to mean it's only ONE! Asking if she's sure it's only one baby only hurts her feelings. It's not like we have a beach ready body when we are at 33 weeks pregnant. And we definitely don't need to be reminded of that. Sorry, I've been frustrated today about stupid people who I so wish were mutes.
Now I'm going to share a picture of the baby bump at 33 weeks because well, my brother and sister in law moved all the way to Illinois and I thought they would want to see. So here's me & the baby boy in my belly. He doesn't have much longer! Soon we'll be posting pictures of him on here!!!
You're beautiful!! You don't look like you're having twins -- you look amazing and you shouldn't let people make you feel less than amazing. Love you much!
