New Year....

Well the weeks since Christmas have been busy. Seth has been home because his work has a weird holiday schedule. We have enjoyed all of the family time. He returns to work this weekend and it's going to be an adjustment for all of us. We've gotten used to him being here with us. It's been very nice.

There have been a lot of things going on It seems like everyday Talent does something new and fun. The last few weeks he has been putting himself to sleep. That's hard on a momma. I have enjoyed my time rocking him to sleep. But he recently decided he wanted to lay down in his bed on his own so I've let him. He's getting big on me. I'm not sure I like it.

At his last doctor visit he weighed 24.8 lbs and he was 34 1/2 inches tall. He's growing and learning so much. He's getting so independent. I love that he's trying to dress himself and put on his own shoes but I wish he could stay little just a little while longer.

Talent is an awesome kid. I couldn't have asked for better child. I love being his mom.
