Oh the humor.

Having a toddler in the house can be challenging at times. Even stressful. But the funny things far outweigh all of that.

Lately, Talent has been learning so much. His speech seems to have just taken off. He's making animal sounds when we point at specific animals. He's saying new words. He's even trying to point out letters in his name. The new things he does each day amaze me and sometimes crack me up.

He's been shakin' his groove thing to The Wiggles a lot lately. It is too cute and so funny to watch. He actually has the moves down really well!

He also has a new obsession with shoes. Anytime there are shoes in the living room he has to put them on someone in the living room. Yesterday he put them on his dog, Redick. I'm glad Red is a good sport. He loves Talent and would probably let him saddle him up and ride him like a horse if Talent tried. After Talent put the shoes on Red he planted a big fat kiss right on his nose, complete with a smoothly sound. He loves that dog so much. He's currently hollering "Red Red" trying to get him to come to his room. (He doesn't realize the dog is outside.)

Talent has also learned how to wrestle. He likes to run and jump on you when you are laying on the floor. He finds this super hilarious. He laughs and thinks he has been super sneaky. He does this to me a lot.

This kid is always doing something to make me laugh. Even though his new found love of climbing makes me want to pull my hair out, I love hearing all his laughter fill our home. Listening to him laugh with his Daddy is my favorite. I never realized how much fun having a boy was going to be.
